Mung Beans! We called it 'Kacang Hijau'! One popular recipe is Bubur Kacang Hijau, just simply boiling it with water, add some palm sugar and vanilla extract then served with coconut milk. Yummy! So, here is my entry for Click! Beans 'n Lentils hosted by Bee and Jai.
